Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. You may receive additional emails for each item if you have multiple items on your order.
Order confirmation
The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order. The order confirmation will display the delivery address, and the delivery date is approximately 14-21 working days from the day we receive your order.
Design draft
If you have ordered with design draft, we'll contact you by email with a design draft for your approval. When approved, your order is handed over to our production team.
Shipment Notification
We'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our factory. This email includes the tracking number. You can track your shipment using dhl.com or your local postal service in your country.
If you purchase an electronic Dodofy Gift Card, we'll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to you or the recipient.
