How will my digital gift card be delivered?
When you buy a digital gift card, you can choose to send the gift card by email to yourself or directly to someone special. Simply fill in the recipient's email address, name, and message, and we will send it directly to the recipient via email.
How long does it take for the recipient to receive their gift card?
We will deliver the gift card to the email provided within minutes of the purchase completion.
Why can't I send the gift card on a future date?
We're unable to send the gift cards on a future date. However, if you don't want to send the gift card immediately, you can send it to yourself and then forward it to a recipient later.
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
You can check the balance on the gift card page. A secret link was provided in our email when you purchased the gift card. Or if you have added your gift card to your Apple Wallet.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used toward a purchase?
Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Do the gift cards have an expiry date?
Our digital gift card expires 5 years from the date it was purchased.
Can I get a refund for my gift card?
If you haven't used your gift card, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our Customer Services. We can only process refunds to the person who purchased the gift card. Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 working days of the request.
Can I get a refund for the partial balance on my gift card?
Unfortunately, we can't refund the partial balance if the gift card has already been used. For Gift Cards, any unused balance will remain on the gift card for 5 years from the purchase date.
What if I lose my gift card or delete the email?
You should treat your gift card like cash, deleted, lost, or stolen cards cannot be replaced. But if we can verify you are the rightful owner of the gift card via our system, we might be able to help you.
What if someone makes a copy of my gift card?
Please keep your gift card details safe, and only share the gift card information with the person doing your shopping. If you suspect your gift card has been copied or stolen, contact us immediately.
What can I spend my gift card on?
You can purchase anything sold at dodofy.com except for new gift cards.
Can I add my gift card to Apple Pay?
Yes, you can add your gift card to Apple Pay. Simply follow the steps to check your balance online, and once complete, you'll be prompted with an 'Add to Wallet' icon to store your gift card.
