Very disappointed.
Apart from being quite expensive for what was ordered, Auto correct made a spelling correction that I didn't want.
I went back to the cart and corrected the spelling the way I wanted it. Thinking that I had fixed it I completed the purchase.
They arrived with the spelling mistake, not the corrected one I wanted.

We are sorry to hear that the text on your labels was not what you expected.
We have reviewed the order and can confirm that the labels were produced exactly as entered in the order: “ONE OF AN KINDer”.
As this order was placed without a design proof, production was based directly on the text submitted during checkout.
We understand how frustrating it can be if an autocorrect function on your computer changes text unintentionally before an order is completed. Unfortunately, we can only produce the text received with the order.
We also note your comment regarding the price. Your labels were custom woven to your specification and shipped from Europe to Australia. The total cost, including international delivery, was 43 AUD (29USD / 26EUR).

The labels are just what I wanted. Not stiff with glue, that would be uncomfortable for my actors, but soft and woven. I’ll definitely be back to order more! Thank you!
I chose to get a draft of my design and I am glad I did, the person who made the draft image provided some really clever options and suggestions, and I was able to choose a label that was narrow and clear with confidence, the only slow bit was waiting two weeks for production and delivery
The Dodofy team was very helpful during the 1st order of my labels!!! We exchanged a few e-mails regarding the sewing color and the backround of the lavel and how it would look best!

I really like my labels - black with white stitching - 10mm wide- they are super quality and give a nice finishing touch to my handmade creations.
