Do I need to be home to receive the shipment?

No signature is required. If it’s safe, your shipment will be left in your mailbox.

If that’s not possible, DHL will attempt delivery on another day or deliver to a nearby parcel shop. Please track your shipment via the email you receive when your order is dispatched.
