Flex Labels

Our Flex Labels are available in width sizes: 10 mm. (3/8″), 15 mm. (5/8″), and 25 mm. (1″). The length depends upon your text and perhaps a symbol to spice up the design.

You must place your order before we start working on your labels. Below is detailed information on how it works.

Order Flex Labels with design draft.

When ordering our Flex Labels, you will receive a digital draft by email for your approval. Changes will be made to your draft for free until you're happy. You can cancel your order at any time before approval at no charge.

• Receive a design draft before production.
• Make changes until you are happy.
• Make changes to colors.
• Make changes to the text size and placement.
• Choose from all our symbols and frames.
• Placement of symbol - right or left.
• Make changes to care symbols.
• Other minor changes can be made.
• Unique reorder number for future orders.

When approved, your order is sent to our production queue and begins production. Since fast turnaround is a priority for most customers, we aggressively automated our manufacturing process so that we can begin producing your labels as soon as possible.

Reordering our Flex Labels is available for all Flex Label orders.

1. First, click the Reorder button above under the order type section.
2. Now you can add the reorder number you received from us when you ordered the first time.
3. Feel free to change label size and colors and add iron-on.

If you choose a different label size from the original, we can't guarantee that we can use the same design. A new setup may be required.

You will find the reorder number in the email you received from us when you ordered the first time. Or you can log in to your account to retrieve the number from your original order if available.

No prior approval is required. Your order is sent directly to our production queue, and production begins as soon as possible.

We ship from our label factory to any country worldwide using DHL. Shipping costs only €4.95, and we estimate that no matter where you are in the world, you can expect to receive your labels within 14 business days from the day we receive your order.

Shipping is always calculated at checkout, and the shipping cost is based on your local currency.

Otherwise, shipping costs only €4,95 regardless of order size, value, or delivery country. All orders are shipped as Express/Priority Mail via DHL with delivery confirmation (trackable).

The price is automatically calculated at checkout, as the final cost varies depending on your choice of currency. You will be emailed tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

We estimate that no matter where you are in the world, you can expect to receive your labels within 14 working days from the day we receive your order. For some destinations, however, you can expect a longer delivery time. All orders are shipped from our label factory in Germany or Denmark. We need 6-9 working days to produce your order and the shipping time depends on your final destination.

Simple! We will replace any defective labels for free if there's a quality problem with your labels. Please get in touch with us, and we will address it accordingly.
