We ship from our label factory to any country worldwide using DHL. Shipping costs only €4.95, and we estimate that no matter where you are in the world, you can expect to receive your labels within 14 business days from the day we receive your order.
Shipping is always calculated at checkout, and the shipping cost is based on your local currency.
For more details, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Worldwide Shipping for a limited time only. The offer applies to all online orders over €50 for a limited time.
Otherwise, shipping costs only €4,95 regardless of order size, value, or delivery country. All orders are shipped as Express/Priority Mail via DHL with delivery confirmation (trackable).
The price is automatically calculated at checkout, as the final cost varies depending on your choice of currency. You will be emailed tracking information when your order leaves our facility.
For more details, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
When will my order arrive?
We estimate that no matter where you are in the world, you can expect to receive your labels within 14 working days from the day we receive your order. For some destinations, however, you can expect a longer delivery time. All orders are shipped from our label factory in Germany or Denmark. We need 6-9 working days to produce your order and the shipping time depends on your final destination.
For more details, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do I have to be home to receive the shipment?
Why are some items shipped separately?
Why was my order returned to you?
Orders are often returned to us because the address was missing an apartment, suite, or floor number. Other missing information and typos can cause a return as well.
If you receive a notification that your package is being returned, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will address it accordingly.

I have placed my order - what's Next?
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. You may receive additional emails for each item if you have multiple items on your order.

How can I see my Order Status?
How do I place a reorder?
Reordering our products is available for some label types. First, go to the product you want to reorder. Next, click the button Re-order. Now you can add the reorder number you received from us when you ordered the first time.
Feel free to reach out to us if we can help with anything.
Can I see a draft before ordering?
Below is detailed information on whether you should order "with" or "without" a design draft.
Order With design draft.
When ordering our labels "With design draft," you will receive a digital draft by email for your approval. Changes will be made to your draft for free until you're happy. You can cancel your order at any time before approval at no charge.
Why order with a design draft?
- Receive a design draft before production.
- Make changes until you are happy.
- Make changes to colors.
- Make changes to fonts.
- Scale the font size.
- Placement of symbol - right or left.
- Other minor changes can be made.
- Unique reorder number.
When approved, your order is sent to our production queue and begins production.
Order Without a design draft.
No prior approval is required for all labels ordered "Without design draft" or the option of a design draft. Our design team will ensure that the design is perfect before your order is sent to our production queue, and production begins as soon as possible.
Why order without a design draft?
- For quick ordering.
- Our design team will handle the design.
- The symbol, if ordered, is placed on the left side.
- Place your order, and you're done.
When reordering, do I need to approve a new draft?
No, reordering our labels skips our draft approval process and goes directly into our production queue.
Keep in mind; that if you change the label from the original and we assess that it does not work, we will get in touch with you.
Payment & Pricing
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and various digital wallet services.
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Bancontact
- iDeal
- EAN-Faktura
- Faktura
- and more...
However, we do not accept PayPal due to the massive negative publicity from PayPal account holders and businesses using Paypal.
The available payment methods may change at checkout, depending on your region.
Why was my credit card declined?
Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When we submit a charge to your bank, their automated systems determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems consider various signals, such as spending habits, account balance, and purchase size.
Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment using your card, a future charge can still be declined by a bank's overzealous fraud systems.
Can you tell me why my card was declined?
We only know as much as your bank tells us about the reason for a decline. Unfortunately, in most cases, the bank informs us that the card was declined and doesn't give a specific reason.
What should I do if my card is declined?
If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to contact your bank and ask for the charge to be accepted. They should be able to see the attempted charge, provide a reason for the decline and lift whatever restriction prevents your purchase.
Alternatively, please contact us, and we will share our bank details so you can make a bank transfer.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
It depends on the country's shipping address.
Deliveries within the European Union (EU)
Local VAT is charged for delivery to all countries in the European Union unless you are an EU business customer with a valid EU VAT number.
Deliveries outside the European Union (EU)
No VAT or Sales Tax is charged for delivery to countries outside the European Union.
Geolocation technology
We are using Geolocation technology to determine which country you are coming from. If we can detect where you are coming from, we can show you the correct prices, incl. VAT. If not, or you want your order delivered to another country, the price is automatically calculated at checkout.
Do you offer VAT exemption for EU businesses?
Yes! You can apply for a VAT exemption before placing your order for all business customers within the EU (excl., Denmark).
The only requirement is to apply for a VAT exemption before placing your order. Hereafter the VAT will automatically be deducted at checkout.
The VAT number is entered in the Cart just before Checkout.
Can I get a quote?
Our website displays quantity discounts which you can take advantage of.
There are no additional charges beyond what we display during the ordering process, aside from VAT (if required) and shipping.
But please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any doubt or need a larger quantity.
Returns & Refunds
Have a problem with your order?
Returns made easy! Send us a photo, and we'll address it. Physical returns are usually not required.
Information we require from you:
- Your email address.
- Your order number.
- The problem with your order.
Send the information to us via email, and if required, include a photo of the problem.
What is your return policy?
We believe you will be thrilled with the labels you purchase from us. That's because we go out of our way to ensure they're designed and woven to be just what you need.
We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product from dodofy.
- You need to contact us within 14 days of delivery of any defects.
- We require you to submit a photo that indicates the problem.
- We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before reproducing your order.
- We will pay for postal if a return is required.
- We will reproduce or refund your order within eight business days if we verify that we made errors.
- We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.
- Color deviations can't be avoided as this is impossible due to individual display settings.
- We do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to the quality of custom-made products. But please get in touch with us anyway.
- All sales are final.
We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you are not thrilled, we're here to help.
Why was my order returned to you?
Orders are often returned to us because the address was missing an apartment, suite, or floor number. Other missing information and typos can cause a return as well.
If you receive a notification that your package is being returned, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will address it accordingly.
Can I return my order if I do not like it?
If there is a problem with your order, contact us and attach a photo that indicates the problem, and we will address it accordingly. Quality issues are rare, but they happen occasionally, and we strive to address them as quickly as possible.
Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want your order, ordered the wrong size, or would prefer a different product.

Using Personal Information
We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which include: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
Lawful basis
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:
- Your consent;
- The performance of the contract between you and the Site;
- Compliance with our legal obligations;
- To protect your vital interests;
- To perform a task carried out in the public interest;
- For our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the ‘Your rights’ section below.
Automatic decision-making
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
We do engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as: www.allaboutcookies.org.
Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the “Behavioural Advertising” section above.

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

Return Policy
Returns & Complaint right
For non-custom made products, general rules apply to consumers where you have a 14-day right of return from the day you received the product and a 2-year right of complaint. No right of return is given to business customers. For custom-made products, regardless of whether you are a consumer or a business customer, no right of return is given, cf. current law for purchasing custom-made products. Dodofy cannot be held responsible for color deviations, which is impossible due to individual display settings. All listed sizes on dodofy.com should be considered as approx. sizes. Please also refer to our product warranty. If you have the right to return a product to Dodofy, it is your responsibility and you who bear the return costs. The product is returned to dodofy aps, Vestergade 29, 1456 København K, Denmark or another address provided by dodofy.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. However, this presupposes that your order is not being processed in our production or shipped. Dodofy has the right to claim an administration fee of €5 if necessary.
Complaints
You must notify dodofy of any problem within seven days of delivery and, if applicable, send us a photo of the product and inform us about the issue. Dodofy will work with you to meet your expectations. If your complaint is accepted by dodofy, you will be offered an exchange or full refund, depending on dodofy’s assessment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We place significant demands on our products and production. However, errors can occur. If you experience defects in our products and they, therefore, do not live up to your expectations, please get in touch with customer service, and we will replace any defective labels at no charge.
Product warranty
Our cotton products are produced to last for years, which is why a lifetime guarantee is given. The warranty is void if the product is misused. If you experience problems with the product, we offer to exchange the product or refund depending on dodofy’s assessment.
