I had never ordered this item before. The design team offered various options, fonts colours and pictures to put on my label. I was very pleased to see what they'd produced and have started to use them. Very happy.
I really like my labels - black with white stitching - 10mm wide- they are super quality and give a nice finishing touch to my handmade creations.

Ærgerligt man i annoncer og på hjemmeside skriver man modtager det bestilte efter seneste 14 dage, når det i virkeligheden betyder efter ordren er bekræftiget og det så tager meget lang tid inden ordren bliver det - ærgerligt for ellers fint produkt.

Vi er kede af, hvis leveringstiden har føltes længere end forventet. Vi oplyser, at vores estimerede produktion- og leveringstid er ca. 14 hverdage (mandag til fredag), hvilket fremgår både på vores hjemmeside og i ordrebekræftelsen.
Din bestilling er fra den 28. januar, afsendt den 11. februar og leveret den 17. februar, hvilket er inden for det, vi annoncerer.

We’re sorry if the delivery time felt longer than expected. We inform our customers that the estimated production and delivery time is approximately 14 business days (Monday to Friday), as stated both on our website and in the order confirmation.
Your order was placed on January 28th, shipped on February 11th, and delivered on February 17th, which is within the timeframe we communicate.
We really appreciate you sharing your experience – and we’re happy to hear you’re satisfied with the product itself.

We aim for approximately 14 business days from order to delivery, but we can see that in your case, it took 19 business days – and we sincerely apologize for that.
