Very disappointed.
Apart from being quite expensive for what was ordered, Auto correct made a spelling correction that I didn't want.
I went back to the cart and corrected the spelling the way I wanted it. Thinking that I had fixed it I completed the purchase.
They arrived with the spelling mistake, not the corrected one I wanted.
The colors, threading clarity and quality are just what I wanted. Very well made. Service and responsiveness are excellent.
This company likes to make you think that you are a priority. Promises of fast service and free shipping yadda yadda. In reality, the products are overpriced, they run your stuff when it suits them, and there is nothing you can do as you have to pay when you order. Five weeks after ordering and paying, still not shipped! Finally the labels came but were not worth the price and most definitely not the completely unacceptable wait (we had a show to attend). Thanks but no.

The labels are just what I wanted. Not stiff with glue, that would be uncomfortable for my actors, but soft and woven. I’ll definitely be back to order more! Thank you!
They are BEAUTIFUL! SO NICE! Unfortuneatly I ordered 50 and only received 40. But mistakes happens and once i figure out how to contact costumer service i will ordered more, cause as I said the labels really elevate my products. 😊❤️
