Below is detailed information on whether you should order "with" or "without" a design draft.

Order With design draft.

When ordering our labels "With design draft," you will receive a digital draft by email for your approval. Changes will be made to your draft for free until you're happy. You can cancel your order at any time before approval at no charge.

Why order with a design draft?

• Receive a design draft before production.
• Make changes until you are happy.
• Make changes to colors.
• Make changes to fonts.
• Scale the font size.
• Placement of symbol - right or left.
• Other minor changes can be made.
• Unique reorder number.

When approved, your order is sent to our production queue and begins production.

Order Without a design draft.

No prior approval is required for all labels ordered "Without design draft" or the option of a design draft. Our design team will ensure that the design is perfect before your order is sent to our production queue, and production begins as soon as possible.

Why order without a design draft?

• For quick ordering.
• Our design team will handle the design.
• The symbol, if ordered, is placed on the left side.
• Place your order, and you're done.

Reordering is available if you have previously ordered with a design draft.

1. First, make sure you are on the correct product page.
2. Next, click the Reorder button.
3. Now, add the reorder number you received from us when you ordered the first time.
4. Feel free to change colors.

You will find the reorder number in the email you received from us when you ordered the first time. Or you can use your order number from your original order, and we will find it. 

If you choose a different label size from the original, we can't guarantee that we can use the same setup. A new setup may be required.

No prior approval is required. Your order is sent directly to our production queue, and production begins as soon as possible.

Our labels are available in 3 label widths to choose from:

• 10 mm. (3/8")
• 15 mm. (5/8")
• 25 mm. (1")

 The length depends upon your text and perhaps a symbol.

Only pay for the service you need

If you choose "With design draft" or need a design draft, we automatically apply a small fee to cover the design process with you. In that way, our customers will only pay for what they need.

Local VAT & EU VAT Exemption

All prices are shown, including local VAT, and in your local currency. As a European Union (EU) business customer, you may be able to exempt your company from VAT by adding a valid EU VAT registration number just before the checkout. No VAT/TAX is applied for customers outside the EU.

Free worldwide shipping

A small shipping fee (approx. €5) is added at checkout, and all online orders over €50 are shipped for free.

All our fonts are specially developed to be woven into the smallest detail. Choose one of our 28 unique fonts for each text line and make your custom labels truly yours.

If you want to use your own fonts, we recommend our Logo Labels, where we scan your graphic. If you need more text lines, we recommend our Flex Labels, which give you more design options.

When designing your new cotton labels, you can create more than 165 unique and beautiful color combinations with our available colors. That should please the most demanding needs!

Use our color chart to find the most suitable color combination for your label project. You can choose two colors.

One of our 13 label colors (background) and one of our 13 thread colors (text/graphic/symbol). High-contrast colors will complement each other the best.

Color Chart

Our Iron-on clothing labels require no sewing. They have a backing that allows them to be ironed onto your clothes instead of sewing. A heat-activated adhesive is attached to each label. The adhesive allows the iron-on label to easily be applied to most fabrics with the simple use of an iron.

It is possible to iron off the label and reuse it, which is suitable for environmental recycling in general.

As a limited offer, you can enjoy free Iron-on labels when you order our labels.

Choose from hundreds of gorgeous symbols or one of our frames. Spice up your label design with one of our beautiful frames or symbols. This is totally optional.

We estimate that no matter where you are in the world, you can expect to receive your labels within 14 working days from the day we receive your order.

We need 6-9 working days to produce your order and the shipping time depends on your final destination. You will always be emailed tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

Your order is shipped as Express/Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (trackable), and you can enjoy our low-cost shipping regardless of order size, value, or delivery country.

The delivery doesn't require a signature. It will be left in your mailbox if it's safe to do so.
